Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Because the free edition lets you test the Software fully before paying, our refund policy for paid digital licences is as follows.

Try before you buy

Please install the free edition and use the demo data to confirm the Software works with your computer and hardware before purchasing a paid licence. If you are unsure which edition you need, contact us first.

14-day refund for unactivated licences

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your licence (lifetime or monthly) has not been activated.

Activated licences

Once a licence has been activated, it is a digital product that has been delivered and used, and it is generally not refundable. However, if within 14 days of purchase the paid features you bought do not work as described and we are unable to resolve the problem, we will issue a refund and deactivate the licence.

Not eligible for a refund

• Change of mind after activation.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Missing features that are not described on the Website for the edition purchased.
• Hardware or operating-system incompatibility that could have been identified with the free edition.

Monthly licences

Monthly licences never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Once a monthly licence is activated, the month is not refundable.

Pro+ setup service

If you request a refund of a Pro+ order after setup work has started, we refund the licence according to the rules above and may deduct the value of the setup work already carried out. If no setup work has started and the licence is not activated, Pro+ is fully refundable within 14 days.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

If you were charged twice or bought the wrong edition, contact us within 14 days. We will refund the duplicate or the difference, or switch you to the correct edition.

How to request a refund

Email contact@rankaya.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We reply within 3 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit. Refunded licences are deactivated.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve problems faster directly.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
