Licence Delivery Policy

All products sold on poskio.com are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and no shipping fees apply.

Free edition

The free edition is downloaded immediately from the “Download Free” button. No purchase or account is required.

Paid licences (Go, Pro and Pro+, lifetime or monthly)

After your payment is confirmed you receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Your licence activation details are sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours, and usually much sooner during business days (Monday–Friday, US Mountain Time). Orders placed at weekends or on US public holidays may be delivered the next business day.

If an order is flagged for a payment security check, delivery may be delayed until the check is complete; we will email you if this happens.

Activation

Install the Software on your Windows, Mac or Android device and enter your licence details in the application. Activation requires an internet connection. Instructions are included in the delivery email.

Not received your licence?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you have not received your licence within 24 hours, email contact@rankaya.com with your order number.
