Frequently asked questions
Is the free edition really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is a lifetime edition with no time limit and no card required. It includes the core POS, inventory tracking, receipts, barcode scanning and up to two users.
What does “lifetime licence” mean?
A lifetime licence is paid once and has no expiry date; it keeps receiving software updates. You never need a subscription.
How does upgrading from Free work?
You use the same application for every plan. After purchase you receive licence activation details and activate the paid edition in the software. If you have any doubt about your specific setup, contact us before upgrading.
How do monthly plans work?
A monthly licence is a one-time payment for one month of the paid edition. It does not renew automatically and you are never charged again without choosing to: buy another month whenever you want to continue, or switch to a lifetime licence.
Why do prices depend on my country?
Prices are adjusted by country so the software stays affordable in every market. Customers in Europe pay in euros and everyone else in US dollars. The price charged is based on the billing country you enter at checkout.
What is the difference between Pro and Pro+?
The software is the same. Pro+ adds a dedicated setup service: priority setup, up to 10,000 products added for you, receipts with your logo and tax details, training for your whole team, 12 months of same-day priority help and a check-up call after 30 days.
How do I receive my licence after paying?
After your payment is confirmed you receive an order confirmation, and your licence activation details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Activation requires an internet connection.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe at checkout. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Does the software need the internet to work?
Not for daily selling. The database is stored on your own PC, so sales, stock and receipts keep working offline. Internet is needed for the download, licence activation, updates, integrations and the AI Business Assistant.
Is it available for Mac or Android?
Yes. The free download is available for Windows 10 and 11, macOS and Android. Choose the version for your device on the download page. If you plan a multi-device setup (several tills, kitchen screen, waiter phones), contact us so we can confirm the best configuration for your hardware.
