How it is set up

One Windows PC is the main computer. It holds the database: products, prices, stock, sales and users. The other checkout terminals connect to it over your store’s LAN or Wi-Fi and work from that same data.

Kitchen screens and waiter phones or tablets join the same local network in restaurant setups.

Frequently asked questions

How many terminals can I connect?

Multi-terminal mode is designed for several checkout terminals in the same store. If you plan a larger installation, contact us with the number of tills so we can confirm it suits your setup.

Does multi-terminal mode need the internet?

No. Terminals connect to the main PC over your local network (LAN or Wi-Fi).

Can I connect terminals in different shops?

Multi-terminal mode works over the local network of one store. It is not a cloud system for linking separate locations.
